An Introduction to Carter

Carter had an annus mirabilis in 2011. Having contested 7 flat races and 3 hurdle races he produced 6 victories and 2 second places.

He has now returned from a well earned break and his tremendous work ethic and willing attitude should hopefully hold him in good stead under both codes in 2012.

Tuffers said: Carter has a suspected stress fracture of the pelvis. He'll have six weeks box rest and so he's unlikely to be seen out again before the autumn.

Tuffers said: Carter is currently lame, cause unknown. Chester looks unlikely therefore. We will know more by the early part of next week.

Tuffers said: Carter has just passed his stalls test before racing at Wolverhapton. His next intended engagement is the 1m4f handicap he contested last year at Chester. He will race off a 7lb lower mark this time.
