Secret Gesture would’ve been my bet in the Nassau had she terned up Steve. Lucky that. 
Beckett doesn’t seem to be in quite as good form as he was. May be that is something to do with it. Oaks form didn’t seem great at the time, especially as they seemed to go too quick early. First (Talent) and third (The Lark) are in my opinion flattered, coming from way back. Haven’t seen the German race, but still have faith Secret Gesture (raced more prominently than others at Epsom) will prove herself at least Group 2 class.
