Hi Epoman and welcome to the forum. :bounce:

Come on MrE start a new thread and post your selections up. If I stick to my selection process
and you to yours we might have a nice combined
LSP for the month.

Regards - Matron

PS Kathy - nice to see you down here

Well, Willie Conquer obliged.

I must admit I did bet on this although not a system bet. Looks like we both had a winner today
MrE.

Yep, I gottim @ 5/6 although the SP of 4/6 woulda been acceptable, just. Any less and I'd have let it go, I dont like betting short in maidens..... Tomorrow gives me a headache, the meeting is York, the race is the 3.45 and the horse is Storming Home..... but it wont be carrying my wonga, not when its got another 6 Group one horses against it. The Post has it at 5/4 and I'll want better than that against that competition..... Lets hope your betting at the other meeting Matron...
Concerning me putting my selections on the board, see following post............

Hi All.... I cannot see the reason for me to put my tips on the board, surely this section is just to air systems to see if they work and not a place to start a tipping competition..... please don't take this the wrong way, it is not meant to offend... The system that Matron is using on here is almost the same as the method I have been using for a long time, and with reasonable success. It seems that the only difference between the two of us is the media used, Matron uses the "Times" and I use the "Racing Post" but apart from a couple of filters, we will end up with the same selections sooner or later..... The basics of the system were laid down at the very beginning and there is very little to add except to reiterate what I've already stated, that to make the operation worthwhile for me, I use a different staking plan...... I will help anybody if they need further clarification but honestly people, I would feel bloody uncomfortable tipping. It takes a lot of bottle to lay yourself open to criticism and I take my hat of to Matron, Rob and Jez for doing just that......
  I'll keep jabbing away with Matron and if I can overcome this feeling of acute embarrassment, perhaps I'll have ago..... now I'm gonna have to hide my red face.... :fire:

Nice one today Matron but I think you do yourself a gross injustice. The SP's that you quote are nowhere near to what you can get earlier in the day..... I got 5/6 with Luvbet on Dearest Daisy and its the same most days, with the advent of Internet Betting, there aint many punters that cant get better than SP.....

Like you MrE I quite often get a better price than the SP, but is only fair to show the results this way.

August
9/13 = 69% SR
3.86 LSP
Two meetings with the same stats according to the paper I use - still I think "Bells Of Marlin" will end up the favourite and hopefully win!
