Finally a result and a change of fortune with Frank gamely making all in a depleted field at Newbury.
Sadly I wasn't there which I'm gutted about.
Foxy ran his best race for a while to finish 5th at Beverley.
Whether that will get him a reprieve or not I'm not sure.

Both due to run Friday.
Frank should have a good chance in the apprentices race at Haydock.
Another poor draw will probably scupper Foxy's chances at Beverley.

That'll be it for Foxy and will be kept by Michael as a lead horse.
He hasn't ruled out giving him a run or two in his own colours at some stage in the future.
Frank finished 2nd and ran a respectable race, wasn't really ran to suit.

Foxy has already had a run for the Dods' last Tuesday finishing 5th.
Frank goes to Yarmouth on Tuesday with a decent shout of continuing his useful progression.
Meanwhile we are likely to take on lily as Foxy's replacement and she should be running in bumpers in the autumn.
Hopefully it will also see the return of our colours on the course.

thanks ST.
The blind was removed late by Andy Elliott and he gave them about 3 lengths at the start and was 6 to 8 lengths off the pace after a furlong.
Cut through them with relative ease though and won a shade cosily in the end.
Hopefully he wont get clobbered for that because if anything he idled in front and only got home by half a length in the end.
We are pretty confident he will be winning again shortly off any sort of mark in the mid to high 50's because we think he's still relatively unexposed and some way short of the mark he's capable of racing off on turf.
Lily's back cantering and so will hopefully be making her bow in our colours in bumpers in the Autumn.

If only!
Nah,that was The Names Is Frank.
Easy mistake to make as both are consistent sprinters who win in their turn (although we think Yourelikemefrank has quite a bit more to come).
All being well he'll be back on the track in a couple of weeks time.

A couple of races for Frank a week Friday at Nottingham and Kempton respectively which he'll probably get entries for.

Frank runs at Notts, where ironically Foxy will be one of his opponents.
