Lord Guyllene. That was a great era for staying chasers and a time when I used to love going to Uttoxeter. Looking at the names that ran at that time; remember the ill fated Samlee who, I believe was owned by a group of people at a pub somewhere? And Earth Summit was knocking around. I’ve got a 1999 racing calendar next to me with Earth Summit on the cover. As part of my spring cleaning things like that should be thrown out but I can’t bring myself to do it
