WHO IS TRF TOP FLAT TIPSTER FOR 2012 ???
The brand new Flat comp started saturday 21-4-2012,
ALL WELCOME, are you a good tipster? this is the place to prove it, leaderboard updated weekly and the rules are below.

3 horses 1 point theoretical win on each
no more than 1 horse in same race
1 selection may be napped + 1 reserve may be added

Evens = 1 point
2/1=2 points
5/2=2.5 points and so on but please remember anything up to 15/8 is only 1 point
Odds on=0.5

***Full points if your horse dead heats***

One horse maybe napped for double points if your nap is withdrawn or a non-runner then your reserve becomes your nap
all entries must be posted before the deadline

Please note = British and Irish racing only = but any nationality can take part

EL maintains his lead at the top of the leaderboard but can he sustain his 6.5 length lead for another week with some big price winners promised at Ascot on Saturday.

I'm definitely up for the 'Wooden Spoon' in El's compy on YA but it's not over yet!!

DES...I couldn't figure out why you deducted me 2 points on the last update could only guess it was for having 2 weeks with Zero points , if you look back to 15th June Compy you will see that I had 19 points then, so I have adjusted..please confirm that you agree and enjoy the last day at Ascot, all eyes will be on BLACK CAVIAR I hope she romps home just like Frankel did on Tuesday..

PRESTBURY IS NOW DOING A 'FRANKEL' and pulling 10 lengths ahead of the field, Des was snookered by Prestburys nap this week, while Pat123 moves into 3rd slot with his nap Angels will Fall winning at 7/2.

Top Scorers and with a fantastic treble at Royal Ascot are
JBALE and SIR ALAN selecting winners at 11/2, 3/1 and 11/4 and scoring 14 points and 13.5 points respectively. Very well done.

Six of you got your naps home..Jbale, Sir Alan, Nathan Hughes, Bob Rolf, Pat123 and current leader Prestubuy (El).

Lots of movement around the leaderboard this week and appropriate adjustments have been made.
Very well done to all those who had winners, big priced winners were scarce the best priced being Cambourne at 11/2 selected by both Sir Alan and jbale.. Some unlucky near misses this week but as proved by Black Caviar it's the No. 1 slot that counts, good luck to her she gave us all a bit of a scare yesterday.

See you all next week, Prestbury will be hosting and hoping to lengthen his lead on us, can anyone stop him? Jac

I'll ask Des to look into that one for you jbale, I've no idea how that came about.

I've just looked back quickly to last weeks compy and you are right Jason1888 posted at 2.18 after the deadline and after the race in which Crakentops won.
We will look into exactly what went on and if any discrepancy then the scores will be adjusted.
Thanks for bringing this to our attention, can we appoint you as our official overseer?

Hi Tommy...just getting my Audrey Hepburn number ready now and hoping for some winners at Newmarket today. Will be watching Ascot on the Big Screen throughout the day especially Black Caviar's race and waiting for the big cheer when she romps home.
