He can re-assess anytime he wants, even if the horse doesn’t run.
Maybe they ran her too quickly after her previous run, I fail to see the attraction a lot of times of trying to beat the handicapper when you’re running for peanuts, although they did have a hefty rise here to contend with.
Maybe they should have been running in a handicap instead of the novice hurdle when so badly in at the weights last time. If you win you’ve got to expect a big rise.
