They are what they say on the tin – NH Flat races for jumpers.
Specifically created to give NH horses a chance to race on AW tracks during long periods of bad weather, as opposed to the usual NH flat races which are indeed restricted to horses who have not run under rules.
....and you've got to look a long way back for anything else.
