Provisionally I am using

as the minimum standard for a true run race, so if I was studying video form, I would only concentrate on the races in the 3.50

Now that I have updated the pace figures for all the AW races run this year, I will be looking at the data to see if the minimum standard I have set for a true run race of

is correct.
