We all know that blood is thicker than water, but this is a ‘dog business’ and anyone who watched young Joseph O’Brien’s horror show aboard

Moth

this evening must surely be in agreement that Aidan’s brain must be working overtime at the minute concerning his principle jockey’s role. This is seemingly becoming a far too frequent occurence now given the fact that his double failing with

Battle Of Marengo

is still very fresh in the memory. Certainly food for thought amongst the top ranks at Ballydoyle, my guess would be that the prodigal son will have a ‘new job’ this time next year :|

Needed Moth to win for a cheeky double, but it wasn’t to be. What an absolute shocker of a ride from Joseph, can’t understand why he didn’t take the horse out wide. Why gamble inside when there’s that many horses in the way??

Oh well lesson learnt, I’ll happily stick to backing Ryan Moore, in my opinion he’s the best jockey around right now.
