Another Cecil horse I have been looking forward to runs today. Retirement Plan stepped up hugely on his debut to win well under Ryan Moore last time out and he has been given an entry in the Leger. He was also entered in a couple of the Group races this week but connections have chosen this easier handicap. I hope he will go close off a mark of 88.

A really promising horse this and the further he went the better he looked. If he is not quite up to winning the Leger he will certainly be a serious horse next year. I have the feeling he will be even better on easier ground.
